Helping New Canadians become “Canada-ready”
The OCC has long been a proponent of better integration of foreign trained professionals in our workforce and through programs like Global Experience @ Work has tried to help employers in local markets become educated and engaged in this effort. While we’ve identified Ontario as “Magnet for the World”, we’ve also acknowledged that we don’t take advantage of the benefits of our diverse population.
