Open for Business Act good first step to reducing red tape: OCC

The OCC has prepared a formal submission on Bill 68, the Province’s Open for Business Act. The OCC commends the provincial government for taking action to address the longstanding and important issue of reducing the red tape burden on business. The OCC encourages the Province to build on the momentum generated by the Open for Business initiative to usher in an improved regulatory regime that represents a real change in how the government interacts with business.
