CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 

In this highly visible and influential role you will provide leadership in promoting a dynamic, creative and collaborative business community located in eastern Ontario on the beautiful Bay of Quinte.  As the voice of business for the Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber requires a collaborative relationship builder to drive the business health in this vibrant community. 

Your track record of performance demonstrates your talent for developing and executing strategic plans.  Your ability to garner respect and credibility with external stakeholders and to lead a committed team of staff and volunteers speaks to your superb influencing, negotiating and teambuilding skills.  You will have a demonstrated record of working with Boards and have led organizations that are recognized for their strong community relationships and that are highly regarded for their business acumen and fiscal strength.  You can balance external growth with the internal health of any organization that you lead.  Experience in other Chambers or in municipal or other public sector organizations, and strength in tourism promotion would be assets.
