The Ontario Chamber of Commerce

Ontario Budget

Each year, the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) analyzes, reviews and comments on the provincial government’s annual budget — a document that outlines the governing party’s political and economic plans to generate revenues (taxes) and how they will spend those taxes on public programs and services.

In January 2012, the OCC presented its Pre-Budget Submission to Finance Minister Dwight Duncan based on the issues outlined by OCC members and the Ontario business community in the OCC Pre-Budget Survey.

The OCC is also making available a 2012 Pre-Budget Submission Summary.
