Business Surveys
The Ontario Chamber of Commerce regularly surveys its membership across Ontario on its views on a wide range of public policy and business issues. Information gleaned from such surveys is used to inform the OCC’s research and position papers, and is regularly communicated to key decision makers in government as they review and produce legislation affecting business.
Business advocacy is the essence of the Chamber. At its core is our responsibility to identify the barriers our members face in their efforts to productively contribute to their communities, to build individual and collective wealth, and to contribute to the economic, social, environmental and democratic fabric of Ontario. These obstacles are identified in communities throughout the province through our network of local Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade.
