With the goal of ensuring Ontario’s economic renewal and business competitiveness, the OCC is focusing on policies that give Ontario a Competitive Tax and Regulatory Regime. Reducing the amount of ‘red tape’, while at the same time modernizing our tax structure, will ensure that our businesses thrive in both their local and global marketplaces.

Business advocacy is the essence of the Chamber.  At its core is our responsibility to identify the barriers our members face in their efforts to productively contribute to their communities, to build individual and collective wealth, and to contribute to the economic, social, environmental and democratic fabric of Ontario.  These obstacles are identified in communities throughout the province through our network of local Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade.
